Marriott Vacation Club Asia-Pacific

Multiple legally distinct clubs and timeshare plans across Australia, Thailand, Bali, and the USA. Understanding the code suffix on your resort is essential to knowing what you actually own.

About the operator

Marriott Vacation Club Asia-Pacific operates through several legally distinct structures. A resort may belong to the Asia-Pacific Club (AP code), the Australia Club (C code), or a separate self-contained timeshare plan (BP, BT, KL codes). These are not interchangeable — your specific ownership interest depends on which club or plan you purchased.

The E code indicates access through Abound by Marriott Vacations, an exchange programme. Abound access is a global note; TimeshareWiki does not show it as a per-resort relationship.

Abound by Marriott Vacations

The E code designates access to Abound, Marriott's exchange programme. Abound is not a vacation ownership club or timeshare plan — it is an exchange mechanism. Every resort in the Marriott ecosystem carries the E code. TimeshareWiki treats Abound as a global operator-level note rather than recording it as a relationship on each resort page, because it does not describe the ownership interest at the resort itself.

Note: If your purchase agreement references Abound, confirm whether your primary interest is in an AP, C, or plan property (BP/BT/KL). The Abound component is the exchange layer, not the underlying ownership.

AP Schedule of Properties

The Asia-Pacific Club's current Schedule of Properties has not been obtained by TimeshareWiki. The 2017 member guide named eight AP Club Resort Properties. Resorts whose AP status is sourced only from the 2017 guide are shown as Historical — current status under verification. Resorts confirmed on the current official resort listing are shown as Club Resort — operator stated.

Historical AP resorts: Phuket Beach Club, Mai Khao Resort, Ko Olina Beach Club, Waiohai Beach Club, Grand Chateau, Waikoloa Ocean Club.
